about this site

Optoblog was created in February 2005 by David Langford, O.D. as a personal opinion blog. He had hoped to be an optometric news, reviews, and opinion source, publicly readable, for the betterment of the profession.

Well, by 2011 he was barely blogging at all. You see, the eye industry is pretty boring. So I’ve expanded the scope of this blog to adventure into primal diet/lifestyle, libertarian politics, LDS theology, current events, eye stuff, and anything else I find interesting. You are not going to pigeon hole me!

Stay tuned for the exciting posts coming from optoblog.com!
